As well as searching our strong internal database for candidates, we select the best recruitment advertising channels and proactively advertise vacancies, either anonymously or client branded depending on your needs. We consult on writing adverts for maximum effect, place adverts for clients, and filter and manage all responses to take all the administration away.
Full Screening and Selection
Many agencies send through a conveyor belt of not-quite-right CVs. RXR believe recruitment agencies should add more value than that. So we take the burden of screening away from our clients, using our years of recruitment and retail experience, and a detailed knowledge of your needs, to find the candidates who are as good in person as on paper. We interview all candidates in detail on their skills, ambitions, experience and attitidues and recommend only a few select suitable candidates for a face to face interview. No mass of CVs, no to-ing and fro-ing, just guaranteed meetings with qualified, experienced candidates who are genuinely excited about working for you.
Candidate Qualification
RXR candidates are asked to complete pre-interview testing exercises, to gauge both their commitment to your company and the role, and their quality in practical situations. We design the most appropriate exercises for each client so these might include: conducting a store SWOT, completing a presentation on recommendations in their business area, some practical situational questions, etc. We make the results available to clients prior to interview, as a more solid indication of the candidates suitability. So we guarantee more bought-in, more switched-on and genuinely committed candidates.
Full Interview Co-ordination
RXR offer services to co-ordinate and arrange interview days at our premises and yours, from scheduling and ensuring attendance to managing the day itself. All you need is to turn up with your key questions ready to discuss with candidates.
Retained Search and Selection
We can manage a confidential, expert search and selection service to find your target candidates for priority vacancies. We can actively headhunt from target companies to attract those quality passive candidates who may not consider themselves on the market at the moment. In addition to our in-house expertise, we also have a partnership with a professional global headhunting company, Expedite Headhunters www.expediteheadhunters.com, for traditional headhunting solutions for executive level or specialist hard to fill positions.

Bespoke Retained Services
We can manage the entire recruitment process for our clients, working hand in hand with their internal teams to map out a bespoke end-to-end recruitment process, built around their service level agreements at every stage, from briefing process to offer management. As part of this we would offer everything from advertising management, offer management, interview arrangements on our premises or theirs, search and selection where required and all administration covered. This reduces time to hire and increases efficiency.
Master Vendor Arrangements
We have the experience to act as your lead recruiter. This can include setting up and managing your PSLby acting as your point of contact for other agencies, which removes repetitive phone calls from other agencies. We also screen and assess your PSL suppliers candidates as well as our own.
